Why can't I add my item to the shopping cart?

We exclusively ship within Switzerland. If you are in a different country, this is probably why. Wait, what? You’re located in Switzerland? Here are a few tips: 

- Empty your cache.

- Hard refresh your browser to reload all content on the page

What is the current status of my order?

You can check the current status of your order in your account. Simply log in and look under the column "Order status". The date shows you if you are looking at the right order, if you have more than one open.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are sent to our logistics department as soon as we receive them. They are doing their best to get your package ready for dispatch as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is impossible to hold up the order process.

Can I add an item to my order that I have forgotten?

No, unfortunately, subsequent changes are not possible. Alternatively, you can place another order and return the incorrect order.

Shipping & prescription delivery

Are there any shipping costs for my order?

For shipment, La Poste costs apply.

Where is my order?

You can check the current status of your order in your account. Simply log in and look under the column "Order status". The date shows you if you are looking at the right order, if you have more than one open.

What shipping options are available?

La Poste standard delivery option is available. The delivery time in Switzerland is generally 4-7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product. These indications are without guarantee. 

My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?

A parcel sometimes goes through a lot on its way to you. Please contact our lovely customer service if your goods have been damaged in transit so that we can clarify the situation and offer you a suitable solution.

My delivery does not match the order confirmation.

Well, it happens sometimes. Please, contact our customer service so we’ll fix that asap!

Returns

How do I return an item?

1. Send an email to hello@les--enfants--terribles.ch

2. Tell us which article you want to return

3. You will receive our adress for the return by email.

4. We will refund you when we receive the article.

Will the return cost me anything?

Yes, we do not cover the costs for returns. These must be borne by you.

How long is the right of return?

You have 20 days to return your order.

Payment & refunds

Is my data secure?

Yes, we treat your data and information with the utmost care and protect it from unauthorised access. You can find more detailed information in our privacy policy.

What payment methods does Les Enfants Terribles offer?

You can pay with Twint and credit cards.

When will I receive my refund if I have returned items?

Returns can take up to one month to process. We will inform you as soon as your return has been processed.

How does the refund work in the case of a return?

We will send the refund to the account/payment method you used to pay for the order.

How do I create a customer account?

Simply go to our website les--enfants--terribles.ch and click on Account in the top right corner.

What advantages do I have with a customer account?

Wait what? You’re really wondering this? It’s the best way to be part of our big family! Just kidding. Creating a customer account gives you access to a faster ordering process and you don't always have to enter your data again. You can also view old and new orders and monitor order status.

How do I change my address?

Log in to your account and click on "View address(es)" at the bottom. 

I have forgotten my password, what now?

No problemo! Just go on our login page and click on “forgotten password”. You will then receive an email with which you can choose a new password. 

Products & manufacture

Where do Les Enfants Terribles products come from?

All our products are designed in Geneva & Zürich, and made in Bangladesh.

What about the design?

If our products are made in Europe, we thought about the designs in our offices based in Zurich & Geneva.

What materials are used?

Not every product has the same composition. Most of our products are made from organic cotton, cotton, recycled polyester. You can find all information directly on each product page.
